Chef Jamal Hinds presents: Lao x Caribbean Pop-up Dinner
Friday September 26th
Please join us as we celebrate the tastes of the Caribbean with our friend, Chef Jamal Hinds. Ticket includes two beverages and a beautiful four course dinner:
Course One - Starter
Jerk Chicken Egg Rolls- Crispy roll filled with papaya salad and served with coconut crema & house hot sauce. (Vegetarian option with mushroom & green papaya available)
Course Two - Salad
Herbal Green Papaya Salad- A vibrant mix of Lao herbs, green papaya, grilled plantain & lime-chili dressing. Bright, refreshing, and full of crunch
Course Three - Family Style Feast
Crispy Half Fried Chicken on Lao HerbsBanana Leaf
Grilled Whole Fish with Tamarind Glaze
Deep-Fried Cauliflower with Tamarind Glaze
Served with: Mango Coconut Curry Sticky Rice and Crispy Plantains
Course Four — Dessert
Coconut Sorbet with tamarind-caramel drizzle & toasted rice crumble
Tables will be communal seating and family style entrees will be presented in groups of four.

Join us for a special collaboration dinner brought to you by Redwood and Gris Gris Kitchen. On the first Friday of each month we will be serving house made fried chicken, Mac and cheese, collard greens, cornbread, and pie. Doors open at 5pm and we will go until we sell out (or 8pm). No reservations, first come first served. We hope to see you there!
